The rest of PE

Andre had invited some friends around for supper - and I couldn't believe my eyes (I could really cause we already knew), it was our friends from East London - Lynn & Edouard Zola.  They are pastors in The Salvation Army and they recently got farewell orders to go to Port Elizabeth.  It was great seeing them.

Andre & Patricia took us down to the Boardwalk where the casino is - they showed us around the beach and came back to see the water hopping show that was on.  It plays to different music, they have this on a few times a night on the hour.  Here are some of the pics...

The next day, Andre took us to Kragga Kamma game park about 15 mins from their house.  There we saw: Giraffe, Rhino, Wilderbeest, Impala, Warthog, Zebra, Cheetah and a few other animals.  There were also baby: zebra, giraffe, rhino, warthog & zebra. One of the Zebra's is also expecting!

These 2 giraffes were playing games with each other by hitting the other with it's head

Andre went off the beaten track for me to get this picture

This guy just walked right out in front of the car.  Andre said that where there is one, there will be another.  What did we see around the corner:

We finished off the day by doing to the Donkin Lighthouse & Pyramid overlooking the bay.  Great spot!  Then back to the boardwalk to have another stroll around the casino & play area.

I think this is the picture in how South Africa has been from the start to now.  The start was it's land etc, the many different cultures in SA to Nelson Mandela at the end.

We finished off the night by having pizza & gas (coke - thanks Edouard!) with Lynn & Ed at their new house.

Next stop: Kynsna via Jeffreys Bay
